Hi, I am contacting Roblox customer service regarding a serious issue with my account. My account has been hacked, and the hacker has changed my email address.
I no longer have access to my account and have been receiving blackmail threats from the hacker. I have proof of this hacking incident, including screenshots of the threats, and I can also provide evidence that I am the original owner of the account, such as past payment receipts.
I urgently need assistance to recover my account and ensure my safety and security. Can you please help me with the steps I need to take to resolve this issue?

To report unauthorized charges to my acc
2 of my accounts had been used, and this started on 7/20. I dispute these charges, and again on 7/27 and 7/28, new charges appeared.
I don't have a Roblox account; I don't play games. This is frustrating and very inconvenient.
I would like my refunds as soon as possible, and please block this account so no more charges will show up again. Thanks.

I was mistaken for and banned for an email that is not connected to my account. If I don't get unbanned or receive my account back, I will need a full refund on everything I bought on Roblox.

Lack of Response
- - Hacked May 31, 2026; Ticket #17305****; unresolved after a month; provided email and purchase proofs; asks for escalation or clear next steps.
I have been a paying Roblox customer for years and have spent a significant amount of money purchasing Robux for my family. Unfortunately, my experience with Roblox's Account Recovery Team has been extremely disappointing.
On May 31, 2026, my son's Roblox account was hacked.
I immediately reported the incident and opened Support Ticket #17305****. Since then, it has been over a month, and despite providing everything Roblox requested, my case remains unresolved.
I submitted extensive proof of ownership, including:
The primary email address associated with all three of my family's Roblox accounts.
Apple Card and Chase credit card statements showing numerous Roblox purchases over an extended period, including multiple purchases of $199.99, $99.99, $49.99, and many other Robux transactions. These records demonstrate a long history of legitimate purchases made by me.
Despite all of this evidence, Roblox has failed to provide a meaningful update or restore access to the account. I have repeatedly requested that my case be escalated to a senior Account Recovery Specialist, but I have received little to no communication beyond generic responses.
I am not asking for money or compensation.
I simply want Roblox to review the evidence I have already provided and restore my son's account or clearly explain what additional information is required.
For a company of Roblox's size, I expected a much better account recovery process and more responsive customer support. Waiting over a month after submitting substantial proof of ownership is unacceptable.
I hope this review encourages Roblox to improve its customer service and account recovery procedures so that other families do not experience the same frustration.
