This is BS. My son added a 15 dollar gift card and it must of disappeared or something because we can't find it on any of his accounts. Yeah it was only 15 not 100 if it were I would be extremely upset

No user name for roblox

Hello, I did not get my issue resolved. I was told that as long as I purchased things with a valid email and billing name etc. , I would be able to recover the account. Can someone please help me Ive spent 100s of dollars.

Forgot my password and the app wont let me reset

I can remember my username, but I cant remember my password and the forgot password option doesn't even work. I type in my number/ and or email to get a code to verify that i am not a robot, but I never receive the code.

Roblox gift card

I am beyond disgusted with this company. My daughter plays the Roblox game often, for her birthday she received a Roblox gift card. When she scratched off the code she scratched off some of the numbers, so obviously we can not redeem the gift card. This happened in June since June I have emailed Roblox numerous times and last night called and left a message. My name is Melissa Beebe.

User's recommendation: I wouldn't recommend RoBlox because customer service.

I turned my 2 step off it still is on and I got logged out of Roblox now it's not working when I try to get in it just doesn't send I was hoping to get it back bc I spent a lot of money on robux and I really need it so if it's not the 2 step verification then I think somebody changed the email on the account so can u tell me what's the email and change it
