am writing to demand an immediate review and resolution regarding the unjust ban imposed on my account coolcat66 for supposed account evasion. Let me be clear: I have never violated any of Roblox's rules.

The ban placed on my account is completely unfounded, and I expect this to be rectified without further delay.
For months, I have submitted multiple appeals with no response. This is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate proof of any rule violations that supposedly led to this ban. If you cannot provide clear and undeniable evidence of my wrongdoing, the ban must be lifted immediately.
Furthermore, due to this unfair action, I am now unable to access valuable in-game items and investments that I made with my hard-earned money.

This situation has caused financial harm, and I demand a receipt for the money I have spent on this account.

You cannot legally refuse to provide this, and if the ban is not lifted, I will pursue all available legal avenues to recover my funds.
If I do not receive a response with a full explanation and resolution within a reasonable timeframe, I will take further action to escalate this matter, including lodging complaints regarding your refusal to release my funds and failing to provide adequate customer support.

My account was terminated for playing around with friends. I admit I was being rude, but that's just how we joke around. And this was on Adopt Me around 5 PM; you can check, and also I was talking to my friend @CrazyDragonsXD. My main issue is that only one of the things I said was an issue, and I don't think my account should have been terminated. It says I was reported for saying '..' 'u fatty,' 'you are,' 'you are an it,' and 'ew.' So with all that said, all I have to say is, Dear Roblox,
I am writing this to possibly convince you to reactivate my account. I understand that the stuff I've done and said was not necessary and regret my decisions. I've learned my lessons and would like a second chance with my account that I've spent money on. I really enjoy this app and would greatly appreciate it if my account was reactivated. It's called an "enforcement ban" basically this ban is whenever you on a public Wi-Fi or, one of your siblings got banned or terminated and so-and-so. But the thing is that, nobody in my household got banned nor terminated so, I believe this is a mistake due to nobody getting terminated like I did. I'll respectfully like to ask if you could reinstate my Roblox account, I'd really appreciate it if you do, and I love you guys platform a lot, but if I did get my Roblox account deleted for some reason, I'll explain that as well, I have recently been getting my account hacked, like my alt account had got hacked, they unadded all my friends, violated Roblox community rules, and threatened me, I don't know why, but it was SOMEONE I know from this game, that clearly didn't like me so, but a few months later I got back into my account. Same thing happened to my main account as well, so I just want to reinstate my Roblox account and secure it so, I could get everything and myself together.

This is my 50th appeal or more, but not for the same reason at first. Before my account, funnbeh was terminated I had received a ban on 3/20/2025 in the afternoon.

The reason was because Roblox claimed I was using another account to bypass a ban whenever I wasn't, and I had no offensive item. I recorded that gaming session using the recording software outplayed and i reviewed that recording and I never once used an alternate account to bypass a ban. I didn't do any bit of bypassing whatsoever and I still received a termination that ended up adding to my current issue which is my account termination. I want the ban I received on that day to be reviewed.

If you cannot review it, then I can gladly link the screenshot of that specific gaming session. If you cannot do either than I atleast want one more chance lm sorry for the large paragraph and the appeal, but I'm not going to let me 7-year-old account go because of two wrongly incidents.
