Hello, my account was incorrectly terminated due to an automated duplicate voice moderation glitch that is erroneously stacking unrelated violations onto my account. I received two separate violations with completely different violation IDs, but both show the exact same recording date and timestamp.

The entire incident lasted for about 1 minute in voice chat.

All I was doing was singing a church song, followed by a completely normal, polite conversation where I asked a player why her friend had left and why she got quiet. Immediately after, I was terminated on the spot.

Every time I have attempted to appeal, the automated system has retroactively stacked more severe, incorrect labels onto the incident (changing from 'disruptive audio' to 'harassment' and 'harmful content') instead of performing a proper review.

The matching timestamps prove this was a single, short live audio stream that the AI system glitched on and flagged multiple times simultaneously.

It was physically impossible for me to receive a warning or adjust my behavior. Please have a human manager manually review the actual audio log from this 1-minute interaction, clear these false automated escalations, and reinstate my account.

I am the original creator and sole owner of the Roblox account "Lefkird", created on July 1, 2021, in Moscow, Russia, on an iPad 5th Generation (Model A1822). I lost access to this account because I was young at the time and did not link an email address or phone number.

Despite this, I have overwhelming proof that I am the true owner.
I still possess the original iPad used to create the account. I have provided Roblox Support with photographs of this device, clearly showing the model number A1822 and a handwritten verification note with today's date and my account name. No hacker or random person could possibly possess this physical device.
Beyond the physical proof, I have provided extensive internal account knowledge that only the real owner could have: the exact creation date and city, the complete inventory list including multiple off-sale items that are no longer obtainable (Golden Headphones - KSI, Shiny Teeth-head, Recycled Cardboard Swordpack, Oldschool Animation), the full purchase history (400 Robux loaded in 2022, with 200 spent in Murder Mystery 2), my full friends list including specific usernames of close friends (Paxanenokk and gsjshbheb, with 68 friends total), my community group membership (Car Crushers Community), and the games I played most frequently (Car Crushers Simulator, Murder Mystery 2, Sonic Speed Simulator).
Despite providing this overwhelming evidence across multiple support tickets, Roblox Support has consistently responded with template denials and refused to conduct a manual human review of my case. They have closed tickets without explanation and ignored my requests for escalation to a senior specialist.
I am not asking for special treatment.

I am simply asking for one real human being at Roblox to look at the evidence I have provided and compare it against the internal logs for account "Lefkird".

Every single detail will match. I can provide video proof, additional photographs with specific codes, or any other verification required.

I am requesting an urgent human review for my account olagamrs12345cool, which was permanently terminated for 'enforcement evasion.'

This account was previously reviewed and reinstated by support. The recent automated termination was triggered in error due to a shared household IP address when another user on our home Wi-Fi (olagamealt9) received a temporary 5-day suspension.

This is a false positive caused by automated network-linking scripts. I have not attempted to evade any bans. Please review ticket 1P507J-JE0LP, verify our separate account ownership, and restore olagamrs12345cool.

I have been banned for reason other or harrassment according to them numerous times, i have never had an explination as to why and when you go to appeal it the thing responds with an ai, to which they dont respond for yet another 29 days unless i explain my false bans in chinese or spannish. Its crazy because i have even been banned for harrassment and bullying and the offensive item was the words, "hi and yes" to which how long was i banned that time?

If your wondering it was 180 days.

First offence ban by the way so no warning prior either. The second appeal never goes through unless you speak another language.

I am contacting you regarding the termination of the Roblox account Jwixel.

I understand that previous appeals have been denied due to a disputed or unauthorized charge. However, after reviewing the situation carefully, I believe this case deserves a final manual review.

The payment method associated with the account was reviewed by the billing account holder.

We carefully checked the available payment history and were unable to identify the transaction referenced in the moderation notice.

The payment information we found does not appear to match the transaction that *** states was disputed.

Because of this, we have been unable to verify the charge that supposedly triggered the account termination.

In addition, previous moderation actions on this account were successfully appealed in the past, which demonstrates that errors have occurred before and were later corrected. This is one of the reasons why I am concerned that the current case may also require further review.

I am not attempting to avoid responsibility for any legitimate violation. I am simply asking for a fair review because the billing account holder cannot locate the disputed transaction despite checking the payment records available to us.

The account has been used normally for many years and has a long history on Roblox.

Losing access permanently because of a transaction that we cannot identify has been extremely difficult to understand.

The moderation notice references a disputed/unauthorized payment, including a transaction listed as Payment at 05/03/2026 06:40 AM (CT).

After carefully reviewing all Roblox receipts and the billing account history, we have found no transaction matching this date, time, or description. The most recent confirmed purchase is a Roblox Premium subscription dated May 1, 2026.

Since there is no corresponding transaction in the available payment records, I believe the moderation action may have been applied in error.

For these reasons, I respectfully request one final manual review of the account, the payment records associated with it, and the moderation action that was applied.
