UPDATE (August 5): Four days have passed since I filed this complaint. I have received no response from Roblox. I am still waiting for a manual review of my proof.
Despite this, I have overwhelming proof that I am the true owner.
I still possess the original iPad used to create the account. I have provided Roblox Support with photographs of this device, clearly showing the model number A1822 and a handwritten verification note with today's date and my account name. No hacker or random person could possibly possess this physical device.
Beyond the physical proof, I have provided extensive internal account knowledge that only the real owner could have: the exact creation date and city, the complete inventory list including multiple off-sale items that are no longer obtainable (Golden Headphones - KSI, Shiny Teeth-head, Recycled Cardboard Swordpack, Oldschool Animation), the full purchase history (400 Robux loaded in 2022, with 200 spent in Murder Mystery 2), my full friends list including specific usernames of close friends (Paxanenokk and gsjshbheb, with 68 friends total), my community group membership (Car Crushers Community), and the games I played most frequently (Car Crushers Simulator, Murder Mystery 2, Sonic Speed Simulator).
Despite providing this overwhelming evidence across multiple support tickets, Roblox Support has consistently responded with template denials and refused to conduct a manual human review of my case. They have closed tickets without explanation and ignored my requests for escalation to a senior specialist.
I am not asking for special treatment.
I am simply asking for one real human being at Roblox to look at the evidence I have provided and compare it against the internal logs for account "Lefkird".
Every single detail will match. I can provide video proof, additional photographs with specific codes, or any other verification required.

Falsely banned

False Account ban.

I woke up today and my Roblox account with the username NinteyPercent was permanently banned falsely. It says my account was linked to an account I have never seen or linked with before.
My account got permanently banned because of something the unknown account has done.
I had no affiliation with the account it says I am banned for. I cannot make an appeal since I do not have a government ID or any ID for that matter, and the support form hasn't been any help at all.

I am contacting you regarding the termination of the Roblox account Jwixel.
I understand that previous appeals have been denied due to a disputed or unauthorized charge. However, after reviewing the situation carefully, I believe this case deserves a final manual review.
The payment method associated with the account was reviewed by the billing account holder.
We carefully checked the available payment history and were unable to identify the transaction referenced in the moderation notice.
The payment information we found does not appear to match the transaction that *** states was disputed.
Because of this, we have been unable to verify the charge that supposedly triggered the account termination.
In addition, previous moderation actions on this account were successfully appealed in the past, which demonstrates that errors have occurred before and were later corrected. This is one of the reasons why I am concerned that the current case may also require further review.
I am not attempting to avoid responsibility for any legitimate violation. I am simply asking for a fair review because the billing account holder cannot locate the disputed transaction despite checking the payment records available to us.
The account has been used normally for many years and has a long history on Roblox.
Losing access permanently because of a transaction that we cannot identify has been extremely difficult to understand.
The moderation notice references a disputed/unauthorized payment, including a transaction listed as Payment at 05/03/2026 06:40 AM (CT).
After carefully reviewing all Roblox receipts and the billing account history, we have found no transaction matching this date, time, or description. The most recent confirmed purchase is a Roblox Premium subscription dated May 1, 2026.
Since there is no corresponding transaction in the available payment records, I believe the moderation action may have been applied in error.

Banned appeal
