Roblox - How can I get my daughter's account back?

Hello, my daughter's account has been hacked and we do not know what to do. It's so frustrating.

I've sent a few messages to roblox support but still haven't received a response.

My daughter's username is NayalinRosa19. The hacker changed the password and has been playing with the account and it's so frustrating watching my daughter suffer and we can't do anything about it PLEASE SOMEONE HELP US!

According to the Roblox help section, to recover your account please follow these steps:

get rid of any malware and scan viruses on your computer;

reset your password;

enable 2-Step Verification by going to Settings > Security.

If you cannot reset the password, please contact the Roblox support via the form at roblox.com/support. You may need to provide any proof that you are the account owner.
