Off-site Downloads/Browser Extensions
If you've accidentally downloaded something from a bad site, this could allow your account to be hacked into. You'll need to get rid of this first before any password resets can be done. Run a full virus scan on your computer to remove harmful files and programs. Restart your computer and run the scan one more time to be safe. Any extensions installed should be removed. Only use extensions from safe and verified websites.
Reset Your Password
Change your account's password to something that is secure and isn't easy to guess.
Enable 2-Step Verification (2SV)
Please be sure to enable 2-Step Verification as an added security measure for your account. This feature can be found by going to Settings > Security.
If resetting doesn't work and you need help getting back into your account, please contact Roblox Customer Service at 888-858-2569
