My sons account was hacked on Christmas Day 2025 with horrible words and taunts from a hacker. He stole $370 worth of Robux cashed in on Christmas Day.
Roblox have done nothing to help or try to retrieve the Robux other than keep sending out automated emails on how to reset password. A new account has already been set with 2 factor authentication.
My son has had to start all over again but Christmas Day ruined with tears as he only gets Robux on special occasions. Thanks for no help at all Roblox with the millions of dollars you guys make off this game.
When a purchase is declined and then you try to use the credit card again but it doesn't go through, Roblox will not let you pay for the one purchase you want to make. They make you pay all the declined charges before you can clear the account.
This is unfair and deceptive business practices.
Terrible customer service. No one to speak to.
