My username is Pikachujaedon.
I'm asking if someone can look into my account termination. The notice mentioned the username @wa*****, but I don't know that account and I don't understand why it was mentioned in my case.
If there's any chance this was a mistake, I'd really appreciate another review. I've always tried to follow the rules, and I just want to understand what happened.

- - I was banned for seven days; I just got my account back.
Basically there was like six people following me asking me for Robux and I said simply no, and some dude started cussing me out, so I reported him and then I walked away again and just randomly got banned. There is no reason I shouldve got banned for no reason.
I literally just got my account back and Im gonna start school in two days so how am I supposed to play Roblox? Thats irritating like Im already depressed.
Leave me alone. I got banned for seven days and Im about to cry cause thats irritating.

Banned because I was hacked
- - Banned from Roblox and unable to regain access.
- - Appeals were auto-rejected by AI.
- - They will not recommend Roblox if unresolved.
So I was playing Roblox like any normal player. All of a sudden, I'm banned.
Straight terminated. The thing is, I appealed all of that, but since Roblox uses AI, it instantly rejects it, meaning now I have to go through a whole lot more just to gain my account back.
I am still trying everything I can. If I do not get my account back over this, I will not recommend Roblox to anyone else.

2 of my emotes disappeared and they...
2 of my emotes disappeared, and they were called cat girl sitting and luno moon goddess intro idle. Wuthering wuwa emotes.
I thought they were just messed up, but when I checked, they want me to repurchase them. If you can either give them back to me, please, or can you send me a refund for those 2 emotes, please?

Right to acess and unban account
My account has been banned for two things: something on August 4 and then something in 2025 for threatening and for PLL when I didn't threaten anyone or do whatever PLL is. So I need my data to be seen by me, and I need my account back.

My account was compromised and some AI...

My account was compromised, and some AI took my account and sent AI images, resulting in a termination of my account. I ask to have my account back, everything logged out, and I changed all my passwords so I can get this settled.
I spent a lot of money and progress on ROBLOX for it all to go to waste. I would really be grateful if something could be done.

I want to refund my account

My son has developed issues from the games and behaves very badly at home now. Heartbroken. He loves the games, but they are too addicting, and he can't stop himself from playing. He gets irritated and irrational about everything.
He can't control his feelings very well or his attitudes and deals with aggressive behavior and cursing. He uses curse words now, and he has changed dramatically over the year from the games. He has all sorts of anxiety and behavior issues now, and he asked me to get a refund for him from the distress of this. Thank you kindly for your consideration.
I appreciate any advice or tips on dealing with this, and if you can refund him for the stress and anxiety it has caused the family and the aggressive behavior it has caused. Thank you kindly. And help kids do better to stay healthy. Thank you sincerely.

The hacker changed the email and phone number, but the old password was Dates340. I have been logged out of my account for a while now. I have tried everything, like Roblox support and stuff.

Still hasn't let me on roblox
So I wrote a review 2 days ago and it's still not letting me on, and I'm very upset because of that. When I go on Roblox, it doesn't say the reason why I'm banned, so get it fixed or I'll call the damn company and tell them why.
