I am royally pissed off.

Someone hacked my account and changed the password. I wrote to customer support, to let them know about being hacked and that I cannot set back my password because the account is not associated with my e-mail. I provided them with the e-mail from my PayPal account that I recently used to buy robux over 200 Euro over the past two months. I also wrote to them from that exact e-mail to provide proof that I am the owner of said PayPal account.

They tell me they can't help me.

Then I sent them the dates and amounts of money I paid on eight(!) occasions since the end of Dec 2023.

They tell me they can't help me.

I ask them to refer to their own *** policy (see picture) and start working with me here. Since it is my *** account, I will be able to provide information if only they start talking to me.

They tell me, they can't help me.

Then what the *** is this page about, huh???

Otherwise I might consider suing you, because well... you're not trying hard enough to help me access my property after being violated by some random hackers. Or... who knows, maybe you're just scamming people out of their money by randomly changing their passwords... Do you?

My son has had cards from his birthday parties and over like $300 worth, and we cannot get into his Roblox account. But we have the purchase and activations on these cards so if we can get into the has account through that maybe we gotta figure out how to get into his account that was hacked.

7 years old, the poor kid has put all his money into Roblox cards. And we cannot get into his account so we need to figure out thru hopefully his activation card possibly. but we need to like figure out why and why he was hacked. Between christmas and birthdays he has 300.00 invested into roblox

The thing is it's like we know that it's like Justybln or something on his username.

And we know the password. We just don't know username completely. Computer was remote accessed by an intruder so we can't use the PC. He has an Xbox we have to switch to.

The service of Roblox Support is terrible, Roblox reply me only with bots, I've got literally no help in my deal, i have all the proofs of ownership of account owlman5551,but Roblox Support only responds with bots based answers, keep telling me that they need associated email with my account and without this information they cannot help me further. BUT this is literal nonsense and absurd, how am I supposed to have associated email with account owlman5551 if it was compromised and its email was changed.I HAVE a proof that proves undeniably that account owlman5551 is mine, I have screenshot of me getting email from Roblox that someone log in into my account from another device.

WHICH PROVES THAT MY EMAIL WAS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ACCOUNT. Roblox support does not provide any help that would give you the opportunity to get your account back or any kind of help, even when you have irrefutable evidence, they continue to ignore your requests for help in your case and respond with pre-written text in the program.

Roblox support is the worst tech support with which I had to deal, absolute spitting towards players and unwillingness to help. Why does Roblox support exist if it cannot even help players who have irrefutable proof of account ownership

Never got back to me super mad and sad spent £100 on calls just to contact them and get no call back so my son lost his account worth £15k because of this emailing them currently because the ban was not fair he got his account deleted for playing a Ariana grande song on the tv he never intended on getting banned because of this also when there are kids being Racist homophobic and just rude and get banned for one day its just a joke

And what makes it worse is he has adhd and autism so hes taking it terribly literally cant sleep and is up and down all night Roblox support dont care what so ever they said it was for sexual content for 4 days straight when on the ban its saying its for harassment and bullying even tho my son never spoke so the whole time bc he gets worried about someone saying something mean. To him so really hurt rn as I hate to see my son like this
